Gorgonzola Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 medium cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions

  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (juice of about 1 large lemon)

  • 1 cup lightly packed fresh basil

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp. Gorgonzola

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • pinch of cayenne

Directions:

Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or blender and mix until smooth. Transfer to airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use. Serve as a dip or use as a dressing for salad.

Cook’s note: Dressing will keep up to one week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
