Caesar Salad
Yield: 6 servings | Total Time: 15 minutes or less
Dressing:
2 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 small clove garlic, finely minced
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. each salt and freshly ground pepper (or more to taste)
Assembly
3 Romaine hearts, trimmed and cut into 1-inch chunks
1/4 cup grated Parmesan (ideally fresh, not the boxed variety)
Directions:
Whisk Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper in a medium bowl until smooth.
Combine Romaine, Parmesan, and desired amount of dressing (reserving remainder) until combined. Serve immediately, garnished with croutons.
