Caesar Salad

Yield: 6 servings | Total Time: 15 minutes or less

Dressing:

  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  • 1 small clove garlic, finely minced

  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 tsp. each salt and freshly ground pepper (or more to taste)

Assembly

  • 3 Romaine hearts, trimmed and cut into 1-inch chunks

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan (ideally fresh, not the boxed variety)

  • Homemade croutons

Directions:

Whisk Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper in a medium bowl until smooth.

Combine Romaine, Parmesan, and desired amount of dressing (reserving remainder) until combined. Serve immediately, garnished with croutons.
