Hummus
Ingredients:
1 15.5 oz can garbanzo beans, drained
1 clove garlic
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
Scant 1/8 tsp ground cayenne
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. good quality olive oil + more for serving
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a food process or blender and blend until smooth. To serve, transfer desired amount to a shallow bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
