Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 15.5 oz can garbanzo beans, drained

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • Scant 1/8 tsp ground cayenne

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. water

  • 1 Tbsp. good quality olive oil + more for serving

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a food process or blender and blend until smooth. To serve, transfer desired amount to a shallow bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
